The grasshoppers are made of coconut leaves and the butterfly is made out of plastic string and they are both so exotic and beautiful. One of our customers gave these colorful and wonderful veggies to us!

TOTO is a global company and has factories and distributors around the world.

We believe we can provide a personal touch which makes a difference from other distributors. 

Good services are important, especially for brands like TOTO whose 

main targets are from middle to high-end income. Good services will lead to good relationships with our customers. 

The other day, customers, who liked our service, gave wonderful 

veggies shown in the pictures.

To tell the truth, this kind of surprise gift is not rare in our Honolulu store. 

But this is the 1^st time in our Torrance store. 

We are very happy about the gifts and we wanted to share our delight. 

We shared the gifts among us.
